1.2. Client: Any natural or legal person, regardless of geographical location or nationality, who makes use of the website, content, consulting services, or introductions of Cyprus-Consult.

1.3. Applicability: These General Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer apply unconditionally to all offers, agreements, roadmaps, consultations (via Tidycal or otherwise), and services provided by Cyprus-Consult. Use of the website or booking a consultation implies explicit and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

ARTICLE 2: NATURE OF THE SERVICES

2.1. Educational objective: Cyprus-Consult shares in-depth (practical) knowledge regarding emigration, business structuring, and international tax planning. This information is based on field experience but does not replace formal tax or legal advice. Cyprus-Consult is not registered as a tax advisor or legal service provider and accepts no liability for decisions made based on the information provided. The Client is expressly advised to have all information reviewed by a recognized and qualified professional before making any decisions.

2.2. Obligation to Verify: The information provided regarding emigration, business structuring, or international tax legislation is subject to continuous change. 3.1. Limitation of Liability: Cyprus-Consult, its directors, employees, and partners completely exclude any form of liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost income, unexpected tax assessments, fines, rejections of visa applications, residence permits, or immigration statuses (such as Non-Dom status), or damages arising from errors, omissions, or outdated information on the website or in provided documentation.

5.3. Transparency of commissions: In the interest of transparency, Cyprus-Consult states that in certain cases it may receive remuneration from third parties with whom a Client is put in contact. This may concern either a one-off introduction fee or a periodic fee for ongoing cooperation. This does not affect the independent contractual relationship between the Client and the relevant third party, nor the quality of the services provided to the Client.

ARTICLE 6: DATA AND PRIVACY (GDPR)

6.1. The processing of personal data (including KYC documentation, financial data, and company data) is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6.2. By providing documentation or data for the purpose of facilitating an introduction, the Client explicitly authorizes Cyprus-Consult to share this data with relevant third parties (such as accountants for company formation).
