Last updated: 3 April 2026
Competent Authority: Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus)
Introduction
Welcome to www.cyprus-consult.com. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
This policy applies to all visitors to our website and users of our services.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE LIMITATION AND COLLECTED DATA
We collect and process only personal data that is strictly necessary for carrying out our educational consulting, generating strategic projections ('tax roadmaps'), and facilitating introductions.
This includes:
- Standard Identification: Name, email address, phone number.
- Financial & Business Data: Current business structures, asset indications, and tax residency, provided by the client in preparation of a roadmap.
- KYC and Identity Documents: Passport copies or ID cards, processed exclusively to facilitate an introduction to licensed third parties for company formation or immigration purposes.
ARTICLE 2: DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES (INTRODUCTIONS)
The core of our services involves informing clients about and referring them to a network of independent Cypriot lawyers, accountants, and potential real estate agents. Cyprus-Consult conducts the intake call itself to determine the situation and the feasibility of the client's plans.
- Explicit Consent: By requesting an introduction or providing KYC documentation, the client gives explicit, informed consent to share this data with the relevant external professional.
- Independent Responsibility: From the moment this data is transferred to the third party, this professional acts as an independent Data Controller. From that moment on, Cyprus-Consult bears no liability whatsoever for the further storage, processing, or security of this data by the third party.
ARTICLE 3: TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE & PROCESSORS
We use reputable, GDPR-compliant data servers and applications for our business operations. Personal data is managed and processed via:
- Internal Systems: Odoo CRM and secure Google Workspace environments for data management and communication.
- Planning & Transactions: Tidycal for schedule management and Stripe for payment processing. Financial transaction data (such as full credit card numbers) is not stored on our own servers but is managed directly by Stripe.
- Web infrastructure: WordPress and Elementor.
ARTICLE 4: RETENTION PERIODS AND DATA SECURITY
We maintain a strict policy of data minimization.
- KYC documentation (passports/IDs) collected via our systems is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the successful transfer to the independent Cypriot professional is confirmed.
- “Tax Roadmaps”, “Cyprus Roadmaps” and communication history are retained for as long as the client actively uses our services, or for as long as legally required by the Cypriot tax authorities for our own business records.
How can you manage cookies?

ARTICLE 5: COOKIE POLICY & TRACKING
Cyprus-Consult.com uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to secure the website structure and measure performance.
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of the website (such as remembering sessions and security measures). These do not require consent.
- Analytical & Marketing Cookies (Google Analytics 4): We use these scripts exclusively to measure traffic and conversion. These scripts are only activated after the visitor has explicitly agreed ('opt-in') via the cookie banner on the website. Without this active action, no tracking data is sent to Google or external servers.
ARTICLE 6: YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GDPR
Clients have the right at all times to:
- Access and data portability: Requesting a copy of all stored personal data.
- Right to be forgotten: The request for the immediate and complete destruction of personal data, unless Cypriot legislation (such as anti-money laundering directives or tax retention obligations) temporarily prevents this.
All requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact channels.
